Hi everyone, I’m Gianluca and I’m from Brescia, in northern Italy. I’ve been teaching Italian to foreigners for four years; I’ve helped more than 400 students improve their Italian or learn it from scratch.
I hold the CEDILS certification in teaching Italian to foreigners.
I’ve had students from 20 different countries (from the United States to Vietnam), all with different levels, backgrounds, and goals. I’m well aware of the challenges faced by those learning a new language, since I’ve studied five myself: I teach using English or French (and Italian for those with advanced level).
Specialized Lessons
Given my experience teaching Italian in the fields of fashion, business, and advertising, I also offer specialized lessons in these areas.
Among my clients are: the manager responsible for sourcing Italian food for the luxury cruise line Club Med, an executive in the retail department at Bottega Veneta, an executive in the sales department at Dolce&Gabbana Beauty, and the owner of an American advertising agency (SweetScience) that works with the Italian market.
